By accessing or using the CredAction platform ("Service"), provided by Spalce Technologies Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CredAction for your internal business purposes to track financial relationships, manage debts and credits, and generate invoices.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

- Free Plan: Provided at no cost with limited features.
- Paid Plans: Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are as shown at checkout.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with CredAction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund on all initial subscriptions to paid plans if requested within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
- After 30 Days: We do not grant refunds for requests made after the 30-day window, nor do we offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions mid-billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Spalce Technologies Ltd. and its licensors.
Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service ("User Data"). You grant us a license to store, process, and backup your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
- Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service.
- Uploading viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account via Settings. You will have 30 days to export your data following termination.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CredAction makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall CredAction, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us first.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Accra, Ghana for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
