Why CredAction exists
In 2023, our founder Kwame was running a construction supply business in Accra. He was using Excel to track who owed him money. Every week, he'd spend hours updating the spreadsheet, sending WhatsApp messages to remind customers, and calculating how much he was actually owed.
One day, he realized he'd lost GH₵ 20,000 to a forgotten debt. The customer had never paid, and Kwame had no reminder set. That money could have grown his business.
He looked for a simple tool to track debtors and creditors. Everything was either too complex (designed for accountants) or too expensive. So he built CredAction.
Today, CredAction helps 500+ African businesses track millions of cedis in debts and credits. We're just getting started.
